Biometryx - Biological Age Tracking

These Terms of Service ("Terms") tell you the terms on which you may use the Services that Biometryx makes available through our app ("Services").

By using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About Biometryx

The Services are provided by Biometryx, a precision health platform based in Bulgaria. Our mission is to move you from guesswork to precision health with the world's most advanced biological age tracking engine.

2. Your Account

You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. The Services

Biometryx Core

Available free of charge. Includes Biological Age tracking, basic health ages, and 30rd-day historical trends.

Biometryx Pro (Premium Services)

Premium services require a subscription fee ($99/yr or $12.99/mo). Pro features include unlimited AI insights, blood test PDF uploads, advanced KPI benchmarks, and full historical trends.

Note: A 14-day free trial is available for yearly plans.

4. No Medical Advice

Biometryx is not a medical device.

The insights provided by Biometryx are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Bulgaria.
